Modules
Every module guide, grouped the way the sidebar groups them.
Everyday
Today
Today is your day on one page: appointments, booked hours, what is due on a board, reminders, absences, follow-ups, notice dates, money due and more — drawn from whichever modules your organisation runs.
Chat
Chat is where teams talk: channels for topics, direct messages between people, threads for side conversations.
Calls
Audio and video calls with screen sharing, a waiting room, and guests without an account.
Your account and settings
Everything that belongs to you rather than to a room or a module: profile, sign-in security, devices, notifications, availability, your sidebar, access tokens and your data.
Reminders
Reminders are your own to-do lists — call the tax adviser, bring the badge back, renew the domain.
Companion
The companion is the built-in AI assistant.
Polls
Ask a room a question and watch the answers come in.
Soundboard
Play a short sound to everybody in a call: a chime when the build is green, a drum roll before the demo.
The desktop and phone apps
Enclessa runs in any browser.
Work and time
Boards
Boards track the work a team has agreed to do.
Projects
A project is something the organisation is working on: a name, one accountable owner, the dates it runs between, a budget, and everything that belongs to it — boards, milestones, risks, updates, people, files, a chat room and, when Time is installed, the hours booked against it.
Time
Time records when you work and what you work on — separately.
Calendar
The Calendar holds your meetings and events, books rooms and equipment, and shows everything else that has a date — approved absences from Time, appointments from Bookings, due dates from Boards, project dates from Projects and reminders from Reminders — as read-only overlays.
Bookings
Bookings lets people outside the organisation ask for an appointment — a first consultation, a viewing, a call — and lets somebody inside answer.
Studio
Studio plans social content and the shoots that produce it.
Incidents
Incidents turns alerts from Prometheus Alertmanager or Grafana into incidents, posts them into a team room and pages whoever is on call.
Customers and money
Customers
Customers is the organisation's shared record of the companies and people it works with: who runs each relationship, who to talk to there, what has been said, and what is owed back.
Contracts
Contracts holds what has been agreed with each customer and the document that says so.
Signing
Signing sends PDFs for electronic signature in an envelope: you add documents, name who should sign, place the fields each person fills in, and send.
Customer Center
The Customer Center gives the people at your customers a place to sign in: they work through an onboarding, read and sign the documents you hand them, book appointments and see their invoices.
Mail is where your organisation reads and answers its email: your own work mailbox, shared addresses such as info@ or support@, and the tickets worked from those shared inboxes.
Finance
Finance connects Enclessa to your Lexware Office account.
People and knowledge
People
People is the HR module: personnel records, the organisation structure, HR documents, change requests, onboarding and offboarding, and HR reports.
Cards
Cards gives every person on the payroll a digital business card.
Spaces
Spaces is the knowledge base: a wiki of spaces, each holding a tree of pages and a file library.
Integrations: GitHub, GitLab & Forgejo, MCP
Three modules connect Enclessa to tools outside it:
Running the organisation
Administration (system console)
The system console is where an organisation is run: its people, who may do what, its settings, installed modules, integrations, the audit trail and billing.
Access and roles
The Access area of the system console is where you decide who may do what: teams, groups and the roles at every level, a matrix of roles against permissions, and an explanation of why a person may or may not do something.
Marketplace
The marketplace is where an organisation turns optional modules on and off, decides who gets each module, configures it and watches its health.
Billing
Billing shows what plan this organisation is on and what it is using.
Platform operators (control plane)
The control plane at /platform is where the people who run an Enclessa installation look after every organisation on it: organisations and their state, plans, partner apps, account recovery, final deletion and the operators themselves.
Guide for customers
What somebody at a customer sees — signing in to the Customer Center, documents, appointments, invoices, signing and booking pages
